Weak Hitters Muscle Up
May 17th, 2016
Has three hits with a homer.
Man, when Joe first saw Kevin Cash’s lineup, it scared Joe. Three guys hitting under .200? What the hell?
This is why Joe is a writer and a beer drinker, not a baseball manager.
The Rays played long ball tonight and it was beautiful. Four homers leads to a 13-2 arse-whipping of the Blue Jays in Canada. Wow.
And two of those weak hitters are responsible for half the homers for the Rays. Tim Beckham blasted his second of the year (he had three hits) and catcher Curt Casali also added a three-run shot.
If you are going to hit for sh!t, may as well make your few hits count and hammer them over the wall.

“Hit 4 shit???” Somebody get Joe a hashtag!!!
It totally reminded me of a Little League drubbing but these were the Toronto Freaking Bluejays with a 5-0 southpaw starting.
I think Cash had a religious epiphany when Forsythe went down. He saw that Jesus Christ was playing for the Durham Bulls. Called him up for a cup of coffee and he got a base hit and scored a run in his first appearance.
A true miracle!
Cash was blind but now can see.
I saw James Loney drinking a Moosehead at the Rondez-Vous and his hair was perfect.

Surprised with 3 hitters in the lineup hitting under .200 Joe ? Hell, Eight out of their 13 position players are hitting under .220 with 6 under .200. Hard not to play them.
