Overcoming 0-For-10

April 27th, 2016

JoeRaysMugBe proud to wear your Rays gear around town again, as the good guys won their third straight and evened their record at 10-10.

Pitching, defense and another long ball somehow overcame the Rays going 0-for-10 with runners in scoring position.

How often does that happen? Not very. At least Evan Longoria (five left on base) played big-time defense last night.

Of course, the real story against the Orioles wasn’t what you see in the strong highlight package below, it was shortstop Brad Miller getting two hits. TWO! That upped his average to .155.

Man alive, 155. Miller on a streak. Thank God for Longo & Kiermayer!

I saw James Loney drinking a Singapore Sling at the Mandarin Hide and his hair was perfect!

Great to see KK hit a long ball and as always him and Longo were stellar on defense….. Now to bench Morrison and keep Pearce and Guyer somehow in the lineup
