Rough day for Erasmo Ramirez

First baseman Kyle Roller has little chance to make the Rays’ opening day roster, but he can still bring some pop from the left side of the plate.

Signed by the Rays in December, the former Yankees minor leaguer bombed a two-run homer plus another RBI hit today against the Tigers, but the Rays lost 6-5.

Starter Erasmo Ramirez got clobbered for five runs in two innings, all earned. The Rays are 3-4 this spring
